They're Here (well he's here)

It seems like the last nine months have flown by but sure enough he really is here, he really was in there, we really did it (so far). We love you all but we both agree that he is the most awesome person we know. Even after 40 diapers (and counting), sore mommy parts, sleep deprivation, and the ever present fear of the unknown, he is still the best thing either of us has done.

We are pretty much done with the little sweetpea's bedroom. A few photos to hang, some happy circles to stick on the walls. BUT here it is. In all of it's glory. Love it!

Baby Shower #2 (Knoxville)

This shower was just lovely. Lots of family and old friends. It was really great to see everyone.






(This bib says, "My mom rocks." That's right kiddo. You'll figure it out one day.)




I know lots of fine folks helped out with this shower. A huge thanks to the future Grandma Tammy, Grandpa Rick, Mamaw Sue, Grandad Walter, Aunt Jessie, Uncle Scott, Great Aunt Teresa, and any other unfortunate souls who got roped into creating this extravaganza. We love ya!
